Gae Aulenti designed Patroclo for Artemide. Patroclo is an unusual table lamp, for a unique diffused light, reflected on the wall and the ceiling in an eccentric mottled pattern.

Artemide Patroclo has a body of transparent blown glass. This diffuser is partially covered by an irregular rhomboid metal frame, made of heat resistant steel wire. The glass was blown within this steel wire cage.

The diffused lighting of Artemide Patroclo is uniquely mottled through this facetted glass. That’s how Artemide Patroclo creates an atmospheric and unusual light in the whole room. This special table lamp is equipped with a dimmer.
